Format
Age categories: Golden 35+, Platinum 50+
Number of teams: 16–20
Standard XV rugby rules with the usual veteran modifications: no pushing in scrums, no kicking outside the 22 m zone and no lifting in line-outs.
The package includes
- Participation fee in the tournament
- Accommodation for 3 nights with breakfast, extra or fewer nights on request
- Unlimited beer consumption at both parties and on match day (Saturday)
- Boarding: breakfasts in the hotel, lunch on the pitch on match day, dinners at the Friday and Saturday parties
- Grass pitches, changing rooms and showers
- The Old-Prague Ham for the winner

Prices
Prices are per person for the 3-night participation package and include everything in the package: accommodation with breakfasts and all taxes for 3 nights, unlimited beer at the parties and on match day, the rugby tournament, lunch on match day, dinners at the welcome and after party, and transfers airport – hotel – airport and hotel – rugby pitch – hotel.
Extra or fewer nights and tailor-made packages on request.

Hotels
- Olympic Congress, Charles Central and ILF: hotels right at a metro stop, 10–15 minutes to the city centre by metro.
- Prague Centre Plaza, Louis Leger, Superior, Ambiance, Amigo and St George: hotels close to the centre, within walking distance of the historic centre.
- Downtown, Sonáta New Town and Wenceslas Square: hotels in the centre of Prague, a few metres from Wenceslas Square.
- Rokoko, Julis, Ramada and Adria: hotels in the very centre of Prague on Wenceslas Square.
- Ambassador: a hotel in the very centre of Prague on Wenceslas Square.

Referee discount
€50 – for experienced referees who referee at least 3 matches. The referees meet on the morning of match day to agree the same rules for everyone. Please name your referees in your entry form.
Registration
Only teams that fill in the Entry Form, send it to the Event's official address prague-ham@estec.cz and follow the further instructions become participants. Registration is complete only once the participation package fees have been paid in full. Teams are accepted on a first come, first served basis.
We only accept teams using our packages. Special tailor-made packages on request.
Payment terms are in the entry form; the invoice with bank details follows the registration.
Liabilities
All participants must respect the rules and regulations of the Event for the games as well as the laws and regulations valid in Prague and the Czech Republic. Every team and individual undertakes to be sufficiently insured for injury, damages, loss, etc., and any other eventuality resulting from their participation in the Event or from their stay in the Czech Republic, either during the games or at any other event organised, whether part of the Event Package or an optional programme.
The Organising Committee and any persons involved in the organisation of the Event will not be liable for any injuries, illness, loss, theft, damages or other arising from their participation in the Event or during their stay in the Czech Republic.
All participants fully agree with these Terms and Conditions and oblige to respect and keep them.
